Getting married? Having a baby? Need to drop a dependent’s coverage because they’re no longer eligible? Don’t forget about your AHEAD benefits. If you want to make any changes to your AHEAD benefits, you have 30 days from the date of the event.
Don’t forget to also review your beneficiaries for your AHEAD life insurance, disability and 401(k) plans. You can update your information by logging into your AHEAD Okta account and selecting UKG Pro from your Okta dashboard. From UKG Pro, select Myself >Personal > Name, Address and Telephone > Edit to update your personal information. To update your contacts in UKG, select Myself > Personal > Contacts. Then select “Add” and enter the information for contact and click “Save.”
Take action today! If you don’t have your changes submitted within the 30 days, you must wait until the fall for the next open enrollment period.
