Things to Know

You have 30 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits. You can also enroll or make changes to your AHEAD benefits during open enrollment.
The only time you can make coverage changes outside of the new hire or open enrollment periods is if you experience a qualifying life event.
You must provide the Social Security number and date of birth for any spouse and/or dependent you enroll. If you have not received the Social Security number for your newborn, it can be updated in UKG upon receipt by selecting Myself/ Personal/ Contacts. Select the hyperlink for your newborn, and enter the updated/new Social Security number.

All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours or more per week
Dependents are covered until age 26
If you wish to elect or change voluntary life elections, you are required to complete an additional enrollment form and also submit evidence of insurability to Lincoln Financial Group (“Health Statement”)
